Manager - Finance

Key Responsibilities :

1. Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A):

- Analyze financial data and provide forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis support.

- Develop financial models to track performance and support business planning.

- Monitor key financial metrics such as:

1. Year-over-year growth

2. Return on Assets (ROA)

3. Return on Equity (ROE)

4. Earnings per Share (EPS)

- Deliver periodic MIS reports and management dashboards.

2. Reporting & Data Analysis:

- Prepare and present accurate financial reports for leadership review.

- Organize complex financial data into structured, actionable insights.

- Perform trend analysis, profitability analysis, and performance tracking.

3. Deal & Investment Support:

- Review financial and operational information related to prospective deals.

- Support due diligence activities for investments, mergers, or partnerships.

- Evaluate financial risks and returns for business opportunities.

4. Financial Operations & Controls:

- Oversee end-to-end finance operations including:

1. Accounting and statutory reporting

2. Auditing and compliance

3. Tax planning and filing (direct and indirect taxes)

4. Financial consolidation across entities

5. Cost control and optimization

6. Project financial control and tracking

- Ensure adherence to accounting standards and regulatory requirements.

Required Qualifications:

- Masters degree in Finance, or Accounting.

- Strong expertise in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.

- Knowledge of auditing, taxation, and compliance processes.

- Experience in financial reporting, consolidation, and MIS preparation.

- Strong understanding of cost control and project finance management.

- Ability to interpret financial statements and key performance indicators (KPIs).
