The Manager - Finance will play a key role in driving financial planning, budgeting, and strategic financial management across multiple group entities, including those with global operations. The role requires strong command over FEMA, international taxation, compliance, and analytical decision support. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with senior leadership to strengthen governance, financial controls, and long-term business strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Planning & Analysis:

- Lead preparation, review, and presentation of MIS reports with actionable insights.

- Develop and track annual budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans.

- Conduct financial modelling and scenario analysis to support strategic and investment decisions.

Compliance & Regulatory Management:

- Ensure adherence to domestic and international tax regulations.

- Manage FEMA-related compliances and oversee cross-border financial documentation.

- Ensure compliance of international subsidiaries in their respective jurisdictions as well as in India.

- Liaise with auditors, consultants, legal advisors, and regulatory bodies.

Financial Controls & Reporting:

- Oversee financial reporting across multiple entities, including global operations.

- Drive standardization of accounting, reporting, and internal controls.

- Monitor policy frameworks, capital allocation, and performance metrics.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

- Support senior management in strategic planning, risk assessment, and long-term financial forecasting.

- Provide insights to leadership on cost optimization, investments, and structural efficiencies.

Required Skills & Competencies:

- Mandatory expertise in FEMA and cross-border financial compliance.

- Strong understanding of international taxation and regulatory frameworks.

- Proven experience in MIS reporting, budgeting, and strategic FP&A.

- Solid knowledge of Indian accounting standards, direct & indirect taxes.

- Strong analytical and financial modelling capabilities.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

- High integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail.

Preferred Background:

- Experience working in corporate or multi-entity structures.

- Exposure to international business environments or foreign subsidiaries.

- Prior experience handling global audits, international compliance, or multi-country reporting.
