FINANCE MANAGER

LOCATION: Nariman Point, Mumbai

POSITION OVERVIEW:

As a Finance Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the financial health and efficiency of the Company while aligning their financial operations with growth objectives.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Audit, Compliance & Taxes:

- Ensuring timely completion of statutory and internal audits.

- Drafting and finalization of annual Balance Sheets.

- Ensuring timely completion of direct (Income Tax)/ indirect (GST) filings and drafting replies to Income Tax assessments.

- Ensuring timely regulatory compliances (IT/ ROC/ GST).

- Contract management: Reviewing agreements with vendors/ customers/ channel partners/ Banks etc.

MIS:

- Ensuring timely preparation of weekly/ monthly financial MIS' and business MIS'.

- Analyzing cost/ expense trends and deviations and propose necessary actions to improve margins.

Treasury Management:

- Management of cash flows and appraising the Board/ senior management of the same.

- Timely payment to vendors/ banks/ employees.

Financing:

- Managing relationship with banks/ financial institutions for company/ supply chain financing.

- Providing information to shareholders/ investors on timely basis.

- Cultivating a culture of financial discipline and accountability throughout the organization.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS

- Chartered Accountant with 2-5 years of experience in the Financial Services industry.

- Having an eye for detail and accuracy.

- In-depth knowledge of financial regulations and compliance.

- Strong communication and leadership skills.

- Ability to think strategically and adeptly solve complex financial problems.

- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic business environment.

PROPOSED COMPENSATION

Annual Fixed Pay in the range of 10-15 Lakhs plus Variable Pay.
