We're Hiring: Manager - Financial Accounting

Looking for a new challenge in finance and accounting?

We are hiring a Manager - Financial Accounting to lead accounting operations, ensure timely book closure, and drive compliance while managing a small team.

Location: Bangalore (Hybrid)

Experience: 7 - 10 years

Qualification: CA / CPA preferred (CMA/ICWA also considered)

- Notice Period: Immediate to 60 days

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage monthly, quarterly, and year-end book closure with accuracy and timeliness.

- Ensure statutory compliances and filings are completed on time.

- Handle accounting processes in SAP S4HANA and SAP Ariba.

- Lead and mentor a small finance team, ensuring strong performance.

- Drive process transition, automation, and efficiency improvements.

- Collaborate with global finance teams and support audits.

Must-Have Skills:

- 7-10 years of experience in financial accounting / controllership.

- Hands-on experience with SAP Finance (S4HANA) and SAP Ariba.

- Strong knowledge of accounting, statutory compliance, and governance.

- Experience in finance process transitions (shared services/GCC).

- Good leadership and stakeholder management skills.
