Job Description:

- We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Finance Manager to manage the finance and accounts function at our Dehradun facility.

- The ideal candidate will be responsible for financial planning, budgeting, compliance, and reporting, ensuring accurate and timely financial management aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle day-to-day accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, and bank reconciliations.

- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.

- Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and cash flow projections.

- Ensure timely filing of GST, TDS, and other statutory returns and compliance with local laws.

- Coordinate with auditors for internal and statutory audits.

- Maintain accurate records and ensure proper documentation of all financial transactions.

- Support cost control initiatives and financial analysis for business decisions.

- Liaise with cross-functional teams for financial planning and operational efficiency.

- Manage vendor payments, invoicing, and reconciliation processes.

Candidate Requirements:

- MBA in Finance or equivalent qualification.

- 4-5 years of relevant experience in finance & accounts, preferably in a manufacturing or plant setup.

- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and statutory compliance.

- Proficiency in Tally, ERP systems, and MS Excel.

- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
