We're Hiring: Field Sales Manager Power Semiconductors
Locations: Delhi NCR | Mumbai | Bengaluru
CTC: Up to USD 26K per annum
Qualification: B.E/B.Tech in (MBA in Marketing preferred)

Key Responsibilities:
- Drive business development and sales of power semiconductor components (MOSFETs, IGBTs, ICs, Diodes, etc.)
- Secure design wins by understanding customer needs and coordinating with FAE teams
- Develop strong relationships with OEMs, distributors, and key accounts
- Conduct regular field visits and manage monthly forecasts & reporting
- Execute strategies for new account penetration and revenue growth
- Provide market insights on trends, competitors, and technology shifts (SiC, GaN)
Must-Have Technical Skills & Experience:
Sales experience in Power Semiconductor Products including:
- MOSFETs / IGBTs / Power ICs
- DC-DC / AC-DC Converters
- Gate Drivers / Voltage Regulators
- Rectifiers, Diodes
Application areas:

What You'll Need:
- 5-8 years of technical sales experience in the semiconductor industry
- Strong understanding of design-in sales and distribution/channel management
- Excellent communication, presentation, and account management skills
- Willingness to travel within the assigned region
