Now, we want to deepen the engagement and relationship with high-value key accounts by offering end-to-end solutions for their training & hiring needs for entry-level roles. What will you do? - We are looking for passionate and experienced Field Sales managers to launch and scale our on-ground sales efforts. - As the first few initial hires in this function, you will have the unique opportunity to shape the direction and significantly contribute to Internshala's growth story. - If you enjoy creating something from scratch, love meeting people, and have the drive to close deals - this role is for you! Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute a comprehensive field sales strategy to acquire new business partners and clients. - Identify and engage with potential clients through on-ground visits, presentations, and relationship-building activities. - Build and lead a high-performing field sales team, including hiring, training, and performance management. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with overall business objectives. - Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and areas for improvement. - Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline management. Qualifications: - Bachelor's/master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. - 4-6 years of proven experience in field sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. - Prior experience in recruitment, hospitality, FMCG, or banking sectors is highly preferred. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively. - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. - Willingness to travel extensively as required Who are we looking for? - Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and take initiative. - Strong analytical skills to assess sales performance and identify areas for improvement. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
