Manager - External CommunicationsThe Manager, External Communications works with a wide array of stakeholders including internal and external partners/vendors to achieve pre-defined goals. This position requires a high level of attention to detail, responsiveness, critical thinking skills, professionalism, and the ability to manage and prioritize multiple simultaneous requests in an effective manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in media relations efforts including ensuring consistent storytelling, thought leadership, developing compelling messages, ensure participation of leaders in relevant forums/conferences
- Oversee participation in sponsored events physical presence, speaking engagements, content integration
- Manage the editorial content schedule the external communications campaigns
- Manage the generation, approval and dissemination of all external and internal content that supports the campaign
- Track, monitor and evaluate communications activities and accomplishments, including measuring and analyzing ROI
- Share tracker with the team on industry/competition developments, and provide recommendations
- Support campaign evaluation of Communications Deliverables and Content effectiveness, post-delivery, and make recommendations based on evidence.
