Job Title: Manager - Export Sales

Location: Delhi / Morbi

Role Overview:

The Manager - Export Sales will be responsible for driving international business growth, managing export operations, and expanding the companys global footprint in the tiles/building materials segment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute export sales strategies to achieve revenue targets

- Identify and expand business in international markets (Middle East, Africa, Europe, etc.)

- Manage and strengthen relationships with overseas distributors, dealers, and clients

- Handle end-to-end export processes including documentation, logistics, and compliance

- Participate in international exhibitions, trade fairs, and client meetings

- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies

- Coordinate with internal teams (production, logistics, finance) for smooth order execution

Key Requirements:

- Experience: 5-10 years in Export Sales (Tiles / Ceramics / Building Materials preferred)

- Strong understanding of international markets and export procedures

- Good network with international clients, distributors, and importers

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills

- Willingness to travel internationally

Preferred Profile:

- Candidates from Tiles / Sanitaryware / Building Materials industry

- Exposure to markets like GCC, Africa, or South-East Asia

- Based in or willing to relocate to Delhi or Morbi
