One of our Global Consulting client is looking to hire Manager - ESG Job Location: Can be anywhere (Mumbai / Gurugram / Bangalore / Ahmedabad / Hyderabad) Assurance: - ESG Assurance - Assurance on Integrated Report, Sustainability Report, or Business Responsibility and Sustainability Report (BRSR) - Assurance Readiness assessment Deliverables: - Reporting - end to end Support. - Stakeholder Engagement/ Materiality assessment & identifying KPIs. - ESG Benchmarking against frameworks such as GRI, SASB, Integrated Reporting (IR) framework and against peers. - Support in writing of ESG reports (BRSR, Sustainability, Integrated Report, etc.) - structure, content writing and design. - Support in Disclosures on rating platforms such as DJSI, CDP, MSCI etc. - GHG Emissions quantification. - ESG Policies. - Process & controls for non-financial data recording and reporting. - ESG readiness in upcoming IPOs or acquisition. - EPR compliances process/ data review. - Training/Capacity building. Technical Expertise: - Deep knowledge of Understanding of various ESG frameworks and standards, ESG ratings and ESG disclosure norms. (GRI, &lt;IR&gt;, TCFD, SASB, SDGs, DJSI, CDP, BRSR, ISAE 3000, ISAE 3410, ISO, PAS 2060 etc.) - Thorough understanding of Net Zero, Decarbonization, Science-Based Targets Initiative (SBTi), Carbon neutrality, Water neutrality concepts and experience on the same - Expertise to provide technical knowledge in preparing proposals and reports. - Knowledge of latest ESG concepts to be able to hold client discussions. - Project Management skills to ensure the timely delivery of engagement goals - Work with team and ensure quality control, participating in workshops, contribute in providing key insights and ideas for client deliverables and business development. - Identifying business opportunities and potential to contribute towards practice development. Qualifications: - Master's degree (or higher) in relevant field (e.g., energy, sustainability, environment, engineering, business). - 7 to 10 years' experience focused on Sustainability Disciplines with strong experience in Non-financial reporting/ strategy development. - Should have multi-sectoral experience in project management for big corporates. Other Requisites: - A proven record of excellent management, leadership, decision-making and interpersonal skills, including being an articulate speaker. - Demonstrated ability to manage and advise a highly-skilled, interdisciplinary team to lead a broad range of corporate clients. - Demonstrated excellent writing and presentation ability. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - IT tools/ technology for reporting. This is a client facing role with extensive travel required. Candidates must have experience in MANAGEMENT CONSULTANT firm only.
