Manager - ERP SAP B1

Note - Immediate Joiner ( Rest Kindly Ignore-Serving Notice Period having less then 30 Days Time - Mention Last Working Day on Details Shared on DM with PAN Number & Updated CV ) Hybrid Work Opportunity - Travel Required Every Quarter Month for a Week to Mumbai Facility for a weeks time (OWN EXPENSES) - 1500 hrs to 2400hrs IST (SHIFT Time)

Requirements / & Qualification for Desired Candidate Profile :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Systems, or related field

- 12+ years of experience in IT/ERP, including significant experience managing ERP ecosystems and teams.

- Hands-on technical and functional experience in:

- SAP Business One, SAP HANA, SAGE 300, SAGE Intact, Restaurant365

- SQL Server, Crystal Reports, Power BI, Excel macros

- Integration tools, custom connectors, REST/SOAP APIs

- Strong understanding of accounting principles, supply chain processes, and compliance requirements. Proven experience in project leadership, system design, vendor coordination, and ERP strategy.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience with multi-location or multi-entity ERP setups

- Familiarity with cloud ERP deployments, DR, and high-availability environments

- Working knowledge of DevOps, automation tools, or workflow engines

ERP certifications: (e.g., SAP B1 Certified, Intact Partner Certification, Sage Certified Consultant)

1. Having technically hands on with SAP B1 at table level, sound SQL knowledge, SQL Server, Crystal Reports. ?

2. Having hands on experience into cloud control center.?

4. Should have at least 3+ Yrs of experience in team handling with team size of 4 to 6?

5. Experience & Ability to convert business requirements to technical requirements ?

6. Worked earlier on role with 50% technical & 50% managerial profile ?
