About the Role:
We are looking for a high-performing Sales Manager Enterprise Sales North who will also take on a Lead role to drive the sales of ERP solutions for the manufacturing industry. This position is ideal for a results-driven individual with strong ERP domain knowledge and proven leadership experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Leadership & Team Management: Lead and manage a high-performing sales team, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure they meet and exceed sales targets.
- Full Sales Cycle Ownership: Oversee and guide your team through the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure, for ERP solutions tailored to manufacturing clients.
- Direct Sales Efforts: Drive direct sales of ERP solutions, acting as a senior-level consultant to clients and aligning ERP offerings with their specific business needs.
- Consultative Selling: Serve as a trusted advisor to enterprise clients, offering customized ERP solutions that address their unique business challenges in the manufacturing industry.
- Team Performance & Development: Foster a culture of high performance within your team, ensuring continuous learning and development, as well as sharing best practices.
- Target & Engage Clients: Identify and target high-value enterprise customers in the manufacturing sector, guiding your team to build strong relationships and close deals.
- Achieve Sales Targets: Own and drive the achievement of team and individual sales targets, consistently surpassing expectations through strategic efforts and relationship-building.
- Pipeline Management: Oversee the development and maintenance of a strong sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasts and reporting to leadership.
- Strategic Insights: Contribute to the development of the sales strategy by identifying market trends, customer needs, and new business opportunities.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Sales Leadership: 7 to 12 years of experience in enterprise sales, including 3-5 years of leading and managing a sales team focused on ERP solutions for the manufacturing industry.
- Track Record of Success: Proven ability to close large, complex deals and consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
- ERP Expertise: In-depth knowledge of ERP systems, particularly those designed for the manufacturing sector, and how they align with business goals.
- Team Management Skills: Experience in leading a sales team, mentoring and motivating team members, and driving collective success.
