Requirement:

- Lead and manage end-to-end equity valuation engagements for transactions, strategic planning, tax reporting, and financial reporting.

- Apply and review key valuation methodologies, including Discounted Cash Flow (DCF), Comparable Company Analysis (CCA), Precedent Transactions, and Option Pricing Models.

- Oversee the development of complex financial models, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and compliance with professional standards.

- Provide technical expertise on valuation principles, including ASC 820, IFRS 13, and fair value measurement guidance.

- Prepare, review, and present detailed valuation reports and presentations to internal stakeholders, clients, auditors, and regulatory bodies.

- Mentor and manage junior team members, providing coaching and quality assurance on deliverables.

- Stay informed on market trends, industry dynamics, and regulatory changes that may impact valuation assumptions or methodologies.

- Support business development efforts, including proposal writing, client presentations, and relationship management.
