Role Overview :

Seeking a qualified CA for Head office, Delhi for a very big conglomerate as a Manager of Equity. In this capacity, you will lead complex valuation mandates, providing critical financial insights that drive strategic decision-making for high-profile business. You will work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to deliver rigorous financial modeling and equity analysis, ensuring that our advisory services remain at the forefront of the industry. By translating intricate financial data into actionable business intelligence, you will play a pivotal role in shaping investment outcomes and enhancing the firms reputation for excellence in valuation advisory.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the end-to-end execution of complex equity valuation engagements to provide clients with accurate, defensible, and high-quality financial assessments.

- Develop and maintain sophisticated financial models, including DCF, comparable company analysis, and precedent transactions, to support investment banking and corporate finance initiatives.

- Mentor junior team members by reviewing their technical work and providing guidance on valuation methodologies to ensure consistent delivery standards.

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external clients to present findings, address technical queries, and build long-term professional relationships.

- Monitor market trends and regulatory updates to ensure all valuation reports comply with industry standards and internal risk management protocols.

Required Skillset :

- Possess a Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification with 6 to 9 years of post-qualification experience in a valuation or corporate finance environment.

- Demonstrate advanced proficiency in financial modeling and equity valuation techniques, with a proven ability to handle complex capital structures.

- Exhibit strong analytical thinking and the ability to synthesize large volumes of financial data into clear, concise reports for executive-level stakeholders.

- Communicate complex financial concepts effectively to diverse audiences, maintaining a professional and persuasive demeanor in client-facing interactions.

- Adapt seamlessly to an on-site work environment in Delhi, demonstrating the ability to manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
