Position: Manager - ESG (Environmental, Social & Governance)

Location: Gurgaon

Department: Legal & Compliance (Function: Compliance)

Reporting to: VP Compliance

Job Summary

The incumbent will support the implementation and monitoring of ESG compliances across the Company.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify ESG initiatives in coordination with business functions and drive implementation.

- Review and monitor ESG compliance progress.

- Document and maintain ESG monitoring processes.

- Conduct trainings and create ongoing awareness around ESG.

- Prepare and submit ESG-related reports.

Preferred Skill Set:

- 5 + Years of experience in ESG compliance

- ESG knowledge and experience (preferably in Insurance sector).

- Strong analytical and functional knowledge with attention to detail.

- Excellent communication, drafting, and influencing skills.

- Negotiation and transactional skills.

- Ability to work independently as well as in teams.

- Dependability and commitment to deliverables.
