Role Summary:

- The Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining the organizations EHS policies, standards, and regulatory compliance programs.

- This role conducts regular safety inspections, evaluates work processes, and ensures adherence to all relevant legal and corporate EHS requirements.

- The EHS Manager collaborates with both operational and non-operational departments to deliver EHS awareness training and promote a strong safety culture.

- The role supports compliance monitoring, maintains effective communication with regulatory agencies, and provides guidance on corrective actions where environmental, health, or safety risks are identified.

- Working closely with the plant leadership team, the EHS Manager contributes to long-term strategic planning related to EHS performance and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

- Postgraduate degree in Industrial Safety.

- 5 to 8 years of professional experience in Health & Safety within a multinational industrial environment.

- Mandatory experience working in a manufacturing setup.
