Our client is looking for a high-performing Enterprise Sales Manager to drive SaaS-based B2B sales across Retail industry. This role requires a seasoned sales professional with a strong track record in selling enterprise technology solutions, preferably in a SaaS environment. You'll lead a regional sales team, own revenue targets, and build relationships with senior stakeholders including CMOs, CTOs, CIOs, and Founders. Key Responsibilities: 1. Own and drive end-to-end enterprise sales cycles-from lead generation to deal closure. 2. Build, manage, and mentor a regional team of Sales Managers. 3. Meet or exceed individual and team revenue targets. 4. Build strong CXO-level relationships and engage in strategic selling. 5. Develop and execute territory-specific sales strategies and campaigns. 6. Collaborate with marketing, product, and tech teams to ensure solution alignment. 7. Use CRM tools (e.g., Zoho) for pipeline and performance tracking. 8. Maintain deep product and industry knowledge to tailor value propositions. Requirements: 1. 5+ years of B2B SaaS or enterprise tech sales experience. 2. Proven success in closing large deals with senior stakeholders. 3. Experience managing sales teams and achieving team targets. 4. Familiarity with retail sectors. 5. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. 6. Willingness to travel extensively (60-70% of the time).
