Manager - Enterprise Sales - IAM & Cybersecurity

WE ARE HIRING ENTERPRISE SALES MANAGER (IAM & CYBERSECURITY) Bangalore

Role Overview:

We are looking for a high-performing Enterprise Sales Manager to drive new customer acquisition and revenue growth for IAM and Cybersecurity solutions across South India. The ideal candidate will have strong B2B enterprise sales experience, confidence in engaging CXO stakeholders, and a proven ability to take opportunities from lead generation to commercial closure.

Experience & Profile:

- 4-7 years of experience in B2B Enterprise Technology, Cybersecurity, or IT Services Sales

- Proven experience in new-logo acquisition and enterprise deal closure

- Experience in IAM, IGA, PAM, or Identity Security solutions is preferred

- Strong enterprise network among CISOs, CIOs, CTOs, IT Heads, and IAM Heads in Bengaluru / South India is an advantage

- MBA is not mandatory; proven sales performance matters most

- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-management skills

Key Responsibilities:

- Generate new enterprise customers and build a strong sales pipeline across South India

- Engage senior stakeholders including CISOs, CIOs, CTOs, IT Heads, and IAM Heads

- Sell Identity & Access Management, Identity Governance, Privileged Access Management, and Identity Security solutions

- Drive the complete sales lifecyclefrom prospecting and lead generation to negotiation and deal closure

- Build strategic relationships with OEMs, channel partners, and system integrators

- Manage proposals, RFPs, solution presentations, commercial negotiations, and closures

- Expand business within existing enterprise accounts through cross-selling and upselling

- Maintain sales pipeline, account plans, forecasts, and opportunity updates
