Role Overview:

- We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Enterprise Sales Manager to lead our enterprise sales efforts.

- The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing complex sales cycles, building strong relationships with large corporate clients, and driving significant revenue growth.

- You will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans, negotiating high-value contracts, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to meet business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement enterprise sales strategies to acquire new clients and expand business with existing accounts.

- Manage the entire sales lifecycle, from lead generation and qualification to negotiation and closing of large, complex deals.

- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers at enterprise organizations.

- Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to tailor solutions that meet customer needs and maximize value.

- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to stakeholders and technical teams.

- Prepare detailed sales proposals, quotations, and contracts.

- Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.

- Forecast sales revenue, pipeline, and ensure achievement of sales targets.

- Mentor and guide junior sales team members and contribute to team knowledge sharing.

- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.

- Minimum 7 years of enterprise sales experience

- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.

- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to manage complex sales processes involving multiple stakeholders.

- Strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving skills.

- Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce) and sales analytics platforms.

- Comfortable engaging with senior executives and delivering high-impact presentations
