- Provide oversight and advice on the compliance with the ERM Framework - Develop the conceptual approach and implement a strategic risk management framework. - Collaborate with stakeholders to more fully develop and articulate the company's risk management framework developing and implementing an approach to manage risk within the company's risk tolerance. - Supports the department on preparation for any Enterprise Risk Management - Define and maintain policies and SOPs for ERM framework components (risk register, RCSAs, issue management, incident management) - Assists in tracking and evaluating various operations risk -Internal and external customer operations. - Collates and publishes the periodical risk reports. - Periodically reviews and updates various risk policies. - Independently evaluates operational events, discussion with various departments and evaluating & recommending corrective actions. - Collaborates with business teams to review and enhance key processes and various risk controls.
