About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Enterprise/B2B Channel Manager to accelerate business growth through a robust indirect sales ecosystem. The role will focus on managing and expanding partnerships with SME resellers, enterprise distributors, and solution partners to drive revenue across leased lines, broadband, and enterprise connectivity solutions. The ideal candidate will bring strong business acumen, deep knowledge of B2B telecom channels, and proven partner management expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

Channel Partner Acquisition & Management:

- Identify, onboard, and manage SME resellers, enterprise distributors, and solution partners.

- Build long-term, trust-driven relationships to ensure sustained revenue generation.

- Lead partner onboarding, enablement, and capability development initiatives.

Sales & Revenue Growth:

- Achieve assigned revenue, ARPU, and leased line sales targets through indirect channels.

- Maintain a healthy sales funnel and pipeline across SME and enterprise segments.

- Design and implement partner-specific incentive programs and joint go-to-market initiatives.

Strategic Channel Development:

- Expand partner coverage in key enterprise clusters and growth markets.

- Strengthen the partner ecosystem for enterprise-grade connectivity solutions such as leased lines, broadband, VPNs, and more.

- Collaborate with partners to create customized solutions for SME and enterprise customers.

Market Intelligence & Governance:

- Share regular MIS reports, forecasts, and competitive insights with leadership.

- Ensure partner adherence to SLAs, processes, and governance standards.

- Conduct market assessments to identify new verticals, opportunities, and partner models.

Partner Support & Enablement:

- Coordinate with internal operations and service delivery teams for smooth enterprise deployments.

- Handle partner and customer escalations to ensure high satisfaction and retention.

- Provide ongoing product training, sales tools, and solution positioning support.

Candidate Requirements:

- Minimum 5 years of B2B/Enterprise Channel Sales experience in Telecom, ISP, or Enterprise

Connectivity.

- Strong track record in leased line sales, enterprise broadband, and solution-based selling.

- Solid understanding of SME and corporate customer segments and buying behavior.

- Excellent relationship management, negotiation, and partner development skills.

- Experience managing both traditional resellers and enterprise solution partners.
