Manager Enterprise & Channel Sales

About the Role
- New Business Development: Identify and acquire new B2B clients in Hyderabad and surrounding regions. Focus on selling solutions like Cloud PBX, DID Nos SIP Trunking, MS Teams Direct Routing, Bulk SMS/WhatsApp API, and Contact Center solutions.
- Consultative Selling: Understand client communication pain points and propose tailored VoIP/Cloud Telephony architecture.
- Pipeline Management: Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to negotiation and closure, ensuring consistent achievement of monthly/quarterly revenue targets.
- CXO Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives (CTOs, CIOs, IT Heads) and decision-makers within target enterprises.
Channel & Partner Management:
- Partner Onboarding: Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners, resellers, and System Integrators in the region.
- Partner Enablement: Train partners on product USPs (Unique Selling Propositions), pricing models, and competitive positioning to ensure they can effectively sell [Company Name] solutions.
- Joint Go-to-Market: Collaborative planning with partners to drive joint sales campaigns and close leads generated through the channel network.
Strategy & Reporting:
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities in the AP/Telangana region to adjust sales strategies.
- Maintain accurate CRM data (Salesforce/HubSpot/Zoho) for forecasting and reporting.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: 5 to 10 years of proven B2B sales experience, specifically in the Telecom, ISP, Cloud Telephony, or SaaS domain.
- Product Knowledge: Strong understanding of VoIP technologies (SIP, PRI, Hosted PBX) and CPaaS products (SMS, Voice API, WhatsApp Business API).
- Local Market Intel: Established network of corporate connections and channel partners in Hyderabad/Telangana.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Telugu/Hindi.
- Negotiation: Proven ability to negotiate contracts and manage complex commercial discussions.
Preferred Attributes (Bonus)
- Experience selling Microsoft Teams Direct Routing or Zoom Phone solutions.
- Existing relationships with IT Heads of major IT parks/hubs in Hyderabad (e.g., Hitec City, Gachibowli).
- Technical background (B.Tech/B.E) combined with an MBA.
