Role Overview:

As an Engineering Manager at Questhiring, you will lead and mentor a team of talented mobile engineers responsible for developing and maintaining our flagship mobile applications on both Android and iOS platforms. You will collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other engineering teams to deliver high-quality, scalable, and user-friendly mobile experiences. Your leadership will be crucial in driving innovation, fostering a collaborative environment, and ensuring the successful execution of our mobile strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage a team of Android and iOS engineers, providing technical guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback.

- Collaborate with product managers and designers to define product requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

- Drive the design, development, and testing of high-performance, scalable, and maintainable mobile applications.

- Ensure the quality and stability of our mobile applications through rigorous testing, code reviews, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) practices.

- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the mobile engineering team.

- Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure timely delivery of high-quality mobile applications.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in mobile development and advocate for their adoption within the team.

- Contribute to the overall mobile strategy and roadmap, identifying opportunities for innovation and growth.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team of mobile engineers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.

- Deep understanding of Android and iOS mobile development platforms, including proficiency in relevant programming languages (e.g., Kotlin, Swift, Java, Objective-C) and frameworks.

- Proven ability to design, develop, and test high-quality, scalable, and maintainable mobile applications.

- Strong understanding of mobile architecture patterns, data structures, and algorithms.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

- Experience with Agile development methodologies and CI/CD practices.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

- 12-16 years of relevant experience in mobile application development.
