About the job:
We are looking for a seasoned professional in Employee Transportation Services to lead and scale our corporate mobility operations.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone with deep domain expertise in ETS, strong vendor management skills, and a track record of growing revenue while ensuring operational excellence and safety compliance.
Experience: 10-15 years in mobility / corporate transport industry (min 510 years in ETS)
What you will do:
- Build and execute a growth strategy for NCR, targeting tech parks, industrial clusters, and GCC hubs.
- Lead RFPs/RFQs, route-level pricing, and margin governance to drive profitable growth.
- Own end-to-end operational excellence, ensuring >99% on-time performance and zero critical failures.
- Build a strong fleet vendor ecosystem aligned with safety and compliance standards.
- Ensure 100% GPS compliance and safety protocols, including female safety.
- Manage client relationships, drive structured governance, and improve retention.
- Lead a team of ETS coordinators, fostering execution discipline and accountability.
Who we are looking for:
- Proven experience in corporate employee transportation services with 24x7 operations exposure.
- Strong P&L ownership, operational and commercial acumen.
- Hands-on in vendor management, route planning, and statutory compliance.
- Experienced in sales + operations leadership, driving both growth and service excellence.
- Ability to implement system-led operations, data-driven reporting, and SLA governance
