
We are looking for a skilled professional to design, deliver, and manage cybersecurity awareness and phishing simulation programs.
The role involves creating engaging training content, conducting live sessions, and working with global teams to promote a strong security culture across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and run phishing simulation campaigns that address specific business needs and risk levels.
- Create and deliver cybersecurity awareness programs through live sessions, e-learning, and internal communications.
- Conduct interactive and engaging training sessions for employees across different regions.
- Coordinate with internal teams to integrate training with existing tools and learning platforms.
- Collect and analyze training data to prepare reports and dashboards showing progress and improvement areas.
- Review and improve training processes to make them more efficient and impactful.
- Maintain clear documentation, including training materials, process guides, and updates.
- Work closely with global teams to ensure content aligns with security policies, emerging threats, and compliance needs.
- Collaborate with incident response and threat intelligence teams to include real-world examples in training programs.
- Encourage employee participation and provide regular updates to management on awareness activities.
- Ensure training programs meet regional compliance and audit requirements.
- Support the creation and rollout of a global cybersecurity education strategy with the central team.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in cybersecurity awareness, employee training, or related roles.
- Experience running phishing simulations and delivering security awareness programs in a large organization.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; able to conduct live sessions and engage with varied audiences.
- Good analytical skills to interpret data and prepare reports on training outcomes.
- Hands-on experience with phishing simulation tools such as Proofpoint or KnowBe4, and with LMS (Learning Management Systems).
- Ability to improve and simplify training processes and documentation.
- Experience creating and maintaining clear and structured training materials and process guides.
Collaboration and Strategy:
- Experience working with global and cross-functional teams, including coordination with incident response and threat intelligence groups.
- Understanding of cybersecurity policies, current threats, and regional compliance standards
