ROLE SUMMARY:
- 7-12 years of experience in Employee Relations, with a proven track record in grievance and conflict management.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliance, especially in relation to POSH.
- Experience working with multi-location teams in a service industry environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate.
- Proactive approach with a passion for improving workplace culture and engagement.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and handle sensitive issues with confidentiality.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Handle employee grievance cases, especially harassment-related matters.
- Be part of the POSH committee and conduct unbiased investigations.
- Differentiate between POSH and other harassment cases.
- Manage employee relations across multiple locations (Hyderabad, Chennai, Jaipur).
Preferred Industry: IT / ITES or Banking
Experience & Skills:
Strong background in Employee Relations, POSH, and Grievance Management.
Maturity and professionalism to handle sensitive investigations impartially.
