Job Title: Employee Relations Manager
Industry: FMCG / Food Manufacturing
- MBA in HR (Full-time) from Tier 1 / Tier 2 institute
- 4+ years of experience in IR / ER (Manufacturing setup)
- Strong knowledge of labor laws & statutory compliance
- Experience handling unions & wage settlements preferred
This role focuses on:
- Managing industrial relations and union engagement
- Leading wage negotiations and settlements
- Ensuring statutory compliance (Factories Act, ID Act, CLRA, etc.)
- Handling grievances, disciplinary cases, and shop-floor HR
- Partnering with plant leadership to drive a positive work environment
