Description:


- Role: Program Manager - Employee Relations.

- Location: Indore (MP).

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Case Management

- Handle employee relations cases such as:


1. Performance issues (PIPs)


2. Misconduct or behavioral issues


3. Grievances and complaints


4. Harassment and discrimination allegations


5. Attendance / absenteeism issues

- Investigations

- Conduct fair, thorough, and confidential workplace investigations.


- Interview complainants, witnesses, and respondents.


- Gather and analyze evidence (emails, messages, reports, etc.)


- Prepare detailed investigation summaries and findings.

Performance & Conduct Management:

- Support managers in handling underperformance:


i. Drafting and managing Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs)


ii. Coaching on feedback delivery and documentation


iii. Advise on disciplinary actions (warnings, suspensions, terminations)

Policy & Compliance:

- Ensure consistent application of company policies, employee handbooks, and local labor laws.

Employee Engagement & Culture:

- Promote positive employee relations through proactive initiatives.


- Identify systemic issues from ER cases and suggest cultural improvements.


- Use HR case management tools (e.g., ServiceNow HR, Workday ER)
