Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced HR professional to join as a manager HR Business Partner with a strong emphasis on dashboards, reporting, and people analytics. This role is ideal for someone passionate about leveraging data-driven insights to influence strategic decisions while collaborating with business leaders on core HR initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a strategic partner to business leaders, advising on HR policies, employee lifecycle management, and organizational effectiveness.
- Design, maintain, and present HR dashboards and workforce reports to senior leadership.
- Leverage HRIS tools (preferably Workday) to analyze data related to attrition, engagement, performance, and talent trends.
- Deliver data-backed recommendations to support workforce planning, succession management, and retention strategies.
- Collaborate with global HR teams to ensure alignment of local practices with global standards.
- Oversee compliance with HR policies, benefits administration, and employee relations frameworks.
- Travel 3040% across business sites to engage with employees and leadership teams.
Qualifications & Experience:
- 810 years of HR experience, with at least 3+ years in an HR Business Partner role.
- Demonstrated expertise in HR dashboards, analytics, and reporting.
- Strong knowledge of HR operations and the employee lifecycle.
- Experience with Workday or other HRIS systems preferred.
- Ability to interpret complex HR data and communicate findings in a business-friendly manner.
- Excellent stakeholder management, influencing, and communication skills.
Location & Reporting
Based in India with significant travel (3040%)
Reports into the global HRBP leadership team
