Role Manager Electrical Purchase

Job Location - Pune

Qualification - BTech in Electrical / Electronics Engineering

Role:

- Cost estimation for new parts at development stage

- Zero base costing & price settlement of the PCB, Electronic part assemblies

- Rate changes periodically for RM, Design changes & Conversion changes etc.

- Understandings of capacities of electronics parts

- capacity readiness as per mgmt. volume projections

- Cost saving initiatives

- Vendor PQCDSM improvements

Technical/ Functional:

- Proficient in Electrical/ Electronic automotive vehicle system.

- Knowledge of vehicle powertrain and the interfaces arising out of electrification.

- Knowledge about automotive industry standards and regulations, applicable globally.

- Having thorough knowledge in electronic parts, assemblies & its processes.

- Good understanding of all applicable standards/ regulations and their application

- Experience in quality systems of electronic components for automotive application CDI, ECU, voltage Regulator, sensors, digital instrument clusters (speedometers)

- Competition bench marking with similar parts, VA/ VE

- PFMEA

- Should have good engagement with Tier 1 & Semiconductor Manufacturing and distributors
