Manager - Education & Training - International Program

Manager - Education and Training (International Program) needed in an Education Group in Gurgaon.

Only Female candidate needed.

Joining - At the earliest.

Requirements:

- To develop, review and implement the curriculum of the MYP and DP Program.

- Minimum 5 years experience each needed in DP and MYP.

- Should have 4+ years of experience as MYP Coordinator.

- To research and develop documentation and intellectual property for owned schools and International Consultancy Projects.

- Profile - Examiner, Workshop Leader, Evaluation Leader.

- Last IB training should not be more than 3 years old.

- Subjects - English/Computer Science/Design Technology/Economics/Math

Key Areas :

Curriculum Development:

- Customized training programs / Training & Development.

- Documentation of systems as per design brief.

- School Co-ordination

- Create and maintain quality parameters.

Skills and Competencies :

- Strong understanding of best practices in DP & Middle-school education

- Clear understanding of pedagogic language and structure.

- Research, collation and customization of data for a variety of DP & Middle School education-based deliverables.

- Effective and excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) that are modified to suit different audience groups

- Presentation capabilities, both ICT and non ICT based

- Experience and expertise in training.

- Innovation and Analysis.

- Project Management.

- Qualification - Graduate+ Post Graduate + B. Ed (From Reputed College).
