Role: Ecommerce Channel Growth Manager - UK & EU
Location: Delhi NCR
Overview:
Were looking for an experienced eCommerce professional to manage and grow online business across UK & EU markets, with a key focus on Amazon and leading e-tail platforms. The role involves end-to-end ownership of sales, marketing, content, and operations for global brands.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales growth and profitability across Amazon UK/EU and other online platforms.
- Manage account P&L, promotions, and performance marketing (AMS, sponsored ads, coupons, etc.).
- Optimize product listings, content, and brand visibility to improve traffic and conversions.
- Use analytics and insights to identify growth opportunities and track KPIs.
- Coordinate with supply chain, marketing, and logistics for smooth operations.
- Lead one direct report for analytics and coordination.
Requirements:
- 5-8 years experience in eCommerce channel management.
- Strong hands-on experience with Amazon (AMS, A+ Content, SEO, promotions).
- Prior FMCG, beauty, or consumer healthcare experience is preferred.
- Strong analytical, commercial, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Bachelors degree (MBA preferred).
