About the Role:


Are you a data-driven marketing professional with a passion for driving eCommerce growth? We're seeking a talented and highly motivated Amazon Ads Manager to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you'll be instrumental in developing and executing cutting-edge advertising strategies across Amazon and Flipkart, directly impacting our eCommerce revenue. Location: HSR Layout, Bangalore (Onsite: Monday - Friday; Work from Home: Saturday Half Day)


What You'll Do:


- As an Amazon Ads Manager, you'll be responsible for a comprehensive range of activities, including:

- Strategic Leadership: Lead and manage Amazon and Flipkart marketing ads, creating and implementing innovative ad strategies to significantly increase eCommerce revenue.

- Account Management: Take ownership of daily account responsibilities associated with Amazon/Flipkart, including diligent review and performance monitoring.

- Performance Optimization: Maintain and monitor key metrics for 4-6 accounts, consistently optimizing campaign performance to achieve better scale while maintaining optimal ACoS (Advertising Cost of Sales).

- Data-Driven Insights: Conduct in-depth data analysis to develop actionable insights and provide strategic recommendations for campaigns, driving continuous improvement.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with R&D teams to understand new product launches and effectively introduce them on Amazon.

- Reporting & Communication: Generate comprehensive daily, weekly, and monthly reports covering all major metrics, goal tracking, revenue tracking, and other key performance indicators. Communicate project development, timelines, and results effectively to the team and management, fostering close collaboration with other team members to achieve shared goals.

- Market Awareness: Stay on top of the latest platform happenings and algorithm changes for Amazon and Flipkart, implementing cutting-edge strategies to ensure best-in-class results.

- Amazon Marketing Expertise: Proven experience with Amazon Marketing, encompassing both organic and paid growth strategies.

- Drive to Win: An insatiable desire to win and a clear-minded approach to continuously and rapidly improve your skills, striving to be among the best in ads management.

- Business Acumen: Extreme interest in business results and their direct linkage to marketing tactics. You should be highly motivated by rapidly growing businesses through Digital advertising.

- Data Interpretation: Demonstrated experience in interpreting complex data and translating it into actionable business recommendations.

- Attention to Detail & Prioritization: High attention to detail and a proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously without compromising quality.

- Analytical Skills: Confidence in the analysis of number-based reports and strong proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.

- Passion for Digital Ads: A genuine passion for online advertising and a proven track record of delivering outstanding results.

- PPC Management: Proficiency in managing moderate to large-scale PPC accounts on Amazon.

Educational Background: A Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is a plus.
