Manager - DPP Technical Accounting

Manager DPP Accounting Group (US GAAP & IFRS) - GDC

Location : Bengaluru

Experience : 5+ years post-qualification experience

Qualification :

CA / CPA / ACCA (Membership mandatory)

Key Responsibilities :

- Research, draft and update technical accounting guidance on IFRS and US GAAP.

- Monitor developments from the International Accounting Standards Board (IASB) and Financial Accounting Standards Board (FASB).

- Prepare technical accounting publications, accounting memos, and illustrative financial statements.

- Support US National Office teams on complex accounting matters.

- Develop internal technical accounting knowledge resources and guidance databases.

- Deliver presentations, trainings, webcasts, and technical accounting updates.

- Manage stakeholders and supervise junior team members.

Mandatory Skills :

- Strong expertise in IFRS and US GAAP.

- Technical accounting research and documentation.

- Accounting policy drafting and interpretation.

- Financial reporting and disclosure requirements.

- Advanced MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

- Excellent written and verbal communication.

- Stakeholder and project management skills.
