Manager - Dispute Advisory/Forensic Accounting

Location: Mumbai, India.

About the Role:

- Dispute Advisory Services team provides financial, economic, and accounting expertise in litigation, arbitration, and other legal proceedings.

- We are looking for a Manager / Senior Manager who will lead engagements end-to-end, deliver high-quality financial analysis, and manage teams while collaborating closely with clients and legal advisors.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead assignments including damage quantification, business valuations, and forensic accounting investigations.

- Manage project teams and ensure timely, high-quality deliverables.

- Build and review financial models to quantify economic damages.

- Draft expert reports and present findings clearly.

- Mentor and develop junior team members.

- Support business development through proposals and client networking.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Chartered Accountant (CA) strongly preferred; CFA or MBA (Finance) is an advantage.

- 5-8 years of relevant post-qualification experience (Big Four or consulting firm background preferred).

- Strong experience in dispute advisory, forensic accounting, or complex business valuations.

- Excellent understanding of financial modeling, valuation, and accounting principles.

- Familiarity with litigation and arbitration processes is a plus.
