Manager/Director - Store Operations
Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise store staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to optimize store performance
- Monitor and analyze store metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes
- Ensure compliance with company standards and regulations
- Maintain inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints, providing exceptional customer service
- Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and marketing, to develop strategies for increasing store revenue
- Conduct regular store audits to ensure adherence to operational guidelines
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to enhance store operations
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Store Operations Manager or similar role
- Strong leadership and management skills
