About the Role:

We are looking for a passionate and driven professional to take ownership of our founder-focused workshops and corporate events. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who loves building experiences, engaging with founders and CEOs, managing premium events, and taking initiatives from concept to execution. You will help deliver exceptional workshops while expanding our presence across India and international markets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Workshop & Event Management: Plan and execute premium workshops and corporate events from start to finish.

- Audience Building: Identify, engage, and convert founders and CEOs of companies with 500+ employees.

- End-to-End Ownership: Manage pre-event engagement, execution, and post-event follow-ups.

- Event Expansion: Identify international locations, coordinate with venues and partners, and plan quarterly workshops.

- Business Development: Build relationships with founders, CEOs, CXOs, and corporate decision-makers.

- Brand Building: Collaborate with marketing teams to grow the workshop's presence on LinkedIn, YouTube, and Instagram.

- Content & Engagement: Use event highlights, founder stories, and testimonials to attract participants.

- Continuous Improvement: Suggest innovative ideas to improve workshop content, format, and delivery.

- Performance Tracking: Monitor seats filled, revenue, feedback, reviews, and referrals.

- Travel & Networking: Travel across India and internationally to manage events and build professional networks.

Who Are We Looking For:

- 2+ years of experience in corporate events, event management, business development, or related fields.

- Experience managing events, workshops, cohorts, or corporate programmes.

- Strong communication, networking, and relationship-building skills.

- Experience engaging with founders, CEOs, or CXOs is preferred.

- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

- Understanding of social media, content marketing, and audience building.

- Willingness to travel regularly across India and abroad.

- Self-driven, proactive, and passionate about building something impactful.
