Role Overview

The role involves providing professional advisory services in corporate tax, international taxation, transaction support, and transfer pricing. The candidate will be responsible for managing client engagements, delivering high-quality solutions, and handling complex taxation matters including cross-border tax issues.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide advisory services in Corporate Tax, International Taxation, Transfer Pricing, and Transaction Support.

- Ensure end-to-end execution of client deliverables, maintaining timelines, accuracy, and quality of work.

- Participate in client meetings and support operational aspects of tax advisory and compliance services.

- Handle Direct Tax compliances and filings for clients.

- Manage and support tax litigation matters at different levels.

- Advise clients on tax restructuring and complex tax issues.

- Work on cross-border taxation matters, including tax treaty interpretation, transfer pricing, and FEMA/RBI regulations.

- Lead and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including CAs, MBAs, lawyers, CMAs, and interns.

- Participate in regular training sessions to enhance technical and soft skills.

Eligibility Criteria

- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).

- 3 to 4 years of post-qualification experience in Direct Tax and International Taxation.
