Manager - Direct Tax - BFSI

Description:

- Manager having minimum 4.5 - 8 years of experience in Direct tax especially BFSI tax.

- BFSI tax compliance and advisory

- Regulatory compliance and advisory services in relation to the AIF Regulations, FPI regulations and other relevant regulations

- Knowledge of the IFSC framework and key regulatory framework prevalent

- Manage Direct Tax compliance and advisory for BFSI clients, including banks, NBFCs, funds, and financial institutions

- Handle tax filings, assessments, appeals, and litigation support related to BFSI entities

Provide regulatory and tax advisory in relation to:

- Alternative Investment Funds (AIF)

- Foreign Portfolio Investors (FPI)

- Other financial market intermediaries

- Advise on tax implications of fund structures, investments, and transactions

- Provide guidance on IFSC (International Financial Services Centre) framework and tax incentives

- Support clients on structuring, restructuring, and cross-border transactions

- Liaise with tax authorities and regulators as required
