Location : PAN India Rotational with 6 months at a Global location (Final location post-program: Bangalore or business requirement-based)

Program Duration : 24 Months

Experience Required : Total STRICTLY 3.5 to 5 Years with atleast 2-3 years post MBA

Education Requirement : Full-time MBA from Premier Institutes ONLY

About the Program:

A global, multi-business engineering and technology organization is hiring high-potential talent for its Digital Transformation & Innovation Leadership Program. This structured 24-month journey includes exposure to AI, Analytics, Cloud, Automation, and emerging technologies while placing future leaders in key transformation roles.

Program Features:

- Cross-functional & cross-business rotations

- On-the-job digital transformation & technology consulting assignments

- Leadership projects with senior stakeholder visibility

- Exposure to cloud technologies, AI/ML, and emerging tech domains

Mandatory Eligibility (Strict) - Applications NOT meeting these criteria WILL NOT be considered.

Education:

- Full-time MBA/PGDM ONLY from Premier Institutes (IIMs, ISB, XLRI, SPJIMR, MDI, SCMHRD, SIBM, JBIMS, FMS, IIFT, TISS, etc.)

- Bachelor's in Engineering - Computer Science preferred

Experience:

- Total STRICTLY 3.5 to 5 Years with atleast 2-3 years post MBA of relevant experience in technology consulting

- Expertise in requirements gathering, use-case identification, and roadmap creation

- Experience working in Data, Analytics, and AI/ML projects

- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP)

Technical Knowledge Requirements:

- Programming knowledge in Python or related languages

- Hands-on familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP)

- Knowledge of AI/ML frameworks, foundational models, and emerging tech

- Experience in digital manufacturing or automotive domain (preferred)

Functional & Leadership Skills:

- Strong consulting and stakeholder management skills

- Entrepreneurial mindset with strategic problem-solving ability

- Excellent communication & collaboration abilities

- Leadership capability to drive initiatives and engage diverse teams

- High adaptability and continuous learning orientation

Post-Program Opportunities:

Indicative managerial roles after completing the 24-month program:

1. Innovation Manager - AI

- Identify AI-led initiatives to improve customer experience and operational efficiency

- Lead AI projects targeting warranty reduction and service quality improvement

- Drive AI-based value creation across supply chain and manufacturing processes

2. Innovation Manager - DigiNxt (Emerging Tech)

- Track and evaluate emerging technologies such as Quantum Computing, XR, 6G

- Assess relevance and build business cases for futuristic technologies

- Lead PoCs and pilots for next-generation digital solutions
