Job Description : - Develop and drive the Marketing Strategy for South Asia and MENA through various digital platforms and deliver plans and programs that enable optimal company growth and set up the geography for long-term success. - Lead all the digital initiatives, plan the overall marketing grid and also handle the overall A&amp;P budget for South Asia &amp; MENA region. Building the brand through digital platforms 1. Digital Media, Social Media, Search &amp; Performance Marketing 2. Growing the ecom business at an exponential rate - Marketplace 3. Disproportionately grow the inhouse website 4. Leverage CRM as a key business driver 5. Mining for trends &amp; insights through digital platform 6. Planning the marketing grid and managing the A&amp;P budget Requisites : - MBA from a reputed institute, 2008 - 2010 batch. - 10-12 years of experience in marketing, preferably in multinational companies. - Must have had a significant experience of working on a - digital first- brand. - Must have handled digital media, social media &amp; ecom for atleast 7-8 years. - Proven experience managing key relationships with partners, A&amp;P budget management and digital media buying process. - Preferable past experience in omni-channel marketing in FMCG.
