Digital Marketing & Sales Manager will lead digital marketing initiatives and drive sales growth across India. This role requires a unique blend of marketing creativity, digital expertise, and business development acumen to expand Company's presence in the healthcare, pharmaceutical, and hygiene segments

Key Responsibilities

Digital Marketing:

- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.

- Manage company website, SEO/SEM, social media, and email marketing campaigns.

- Design, localize, and implement digital campaigns to generate sales on e-commerce platforms.

- Create engaging content for online platforms in collaboration with global teams.

- Analyze and report performance metrics (ROI, lead conversions, engagement).

Sales & Business Development:

- Identify new business opportunities and grow sales in key customer segments.

- Achieve revenue and profitability targets while maintaining strong partner platform relationships.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams (Product Manager, Sales) to ensure customer satisfaction and growth

Qualifications & Experience

- MBA/PGDM in Marketing or related field.

- 8-12 years of experience in digital marketing and sales, preferably in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, life sciences, or hygiene solutions.

- Proven success in managing digital campaigns and achieving sales targets.
