Key Responsibilities :
Digital Strategy & Execution :
- Develop and execute the overall influncer marketing strategy for the Consumer Care portfolio
- Drive brand visibility, consumer acquisition, and engagement across digital platforms
- Identify and onboard relevant influencer profiles including Healthcare Professionals, Gut Experts, KOLs, Lifestyle and Wellness creators
Performance Marketing :
- Lead performance marketing campaigns across platforms (Google, Meta, etc.)
- Optimize campaigns for ROI, CAC, and conversion metrics
- Drive data-led decision making and continuous campaign optimization
- Monitor and optimize measurable KPIs across all campaigns, with a focus on reach, consumer engagement, and conversion performance
Media Planning & Strategy :
- Own digital media planning, budgeting, and allocation
- Work closely with media agencies to drive effective campaign execution
- Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of influencer-led campaigns across the brand portfolio
- Track and improve media effectiveness and ROI
Content & Consumer Engagement :
- Drive content strategy across platforms (social, website, marketplaces)
- Build strong consumer engagement and retention strategies
- Ensure consistency in brand communication across digital touchpoints
E-commerce & Marketplace Integration :
- Work closely with e-commerce teams to drive online sales
- Demonstrate strong understanding of marketplace ecosystems (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.)
- Optimize digital funnels to drive conversions and revenue
Agency Management :
- Manage and coordinate with digital, media, and creative agencies
- Ensure alignment on strategy, timelines, and deliverables
- Drive accountability and performance from agency partners
- Lead commercial negotiations to drive cost efficiencies and ensure high-quality deliverables
Cross-Functional Collaboration :
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Brand, Legal, R&D, and Regulatory teams to ensure seamless campaign approvals
- Align digital campaigns with offline initiatives and product strategies
- Support new product launches and campaigns
