Digital Marketing Manager


We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead and execute data-backed marketing strategies across all digital channels.

You'll be responsible for driving B2B and B2C user acquisition, brand awareness, lead generation, and revenue growth through performance marketing, SEO, content, and automation.


Key Responsibilities:


- Develop and execute full-funnel digital marketing strategy aligned with Tallento.ai's growth goals.


- Manage and optimize performance marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads) with clear ROI targets.


- Lead SEO strategy: keyword research, on-page optimization, link-building, and content marketing.


- Grow and manage social media presence with high-impact creative campaigns.


- Collaborate with product, sales, and recruitment teams to align campaigns with business goals.


- Implement marketing automation workflows (email, WhatsApp, push notifications) for lead nurturing.


- Own analytics & reporting: Monitor key metrics using Google Analytics, Search Console, and ad dashboards.


- Identify new growth opportunities and experiment with paid and organic tactics.


- Manage agency/vendor relationships when needed.


- Build and lead a small team of content, SEO, and campaign specialists (as team scales).


Key Requirements:


- Bachelors or Masters degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.


- 5 to 10 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing (preferably in edtech, recruitment, or SaaS).


- Proven expertise in performance marketing with high conversion results.


- Strong knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, Search Console, and marketing tools (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp, WebEngage).


- Experience with content strategy and social media growth.


- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills.


- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management abilities.


- Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
