Role Overview:

We are looking for a seasoned Digital Marketing Manager to lead the brands digital strategy and performance. This is a high-impact leadership role suited for professionals who have scaled digital growth for start-up or fast-growing retail and e-commerce brands and have prior experience working with marketing agencies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own and drive end-to-end digital marketing strategy across paid, organic, and performance channels.

- Lead growth initiatives across e-commerce, lead generation, and brand campaigns.

- Manage paid media, SEO, CRM, marketing automation, and agency partners.

- Use data and insights to track, optimize, and scale campaigns.

- Collaborate closely with creative, content, and leadership teams.

What Were Looking For:

- 4-8 years of strong digital marketing experience.

- Background in start-up retail, D2C, or e-commerce brands.

- Experience in beauty, hair care, skin care, or lifestyle (preferred).

- Strong performance marketing and agency management exposure.
