Position Overview:
As a Digital Marketing Manager specializing in the Jewelry category, you will be responsible for getting quality traffic to the website/mobile. Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) is the core metric. You will be closely working with the founder to strategize Marketing Campaigns across channels.
Core Responsibilities:
As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will be a core part of the marketing & growth team. The basic expectation is that you love spending a good amount of time on the ads dashboard, playing with it, and optimizing campaigns for best Return On Ad Spend (ROAS).
Your responsibilities will include:
- KPIs include Website/Mobile Conversions, CAC, Monthly Active Users (MAU), Daily Active Users - (DAU), Stickiness, Purchase Cohort.
- Planning, executing, measuring, and reporting on performance across categories, brands, and platforms (Meta and Google majorly).
- Accountable for revenue, spends, visits, ROAS, and conversion rate.
- Utilize strong analytical ability to optimize performance on all channels.
- Targeting, segmenting, campaign analysis, and cohort analysis.
- Coordinate for creative and content direction for all customer touch points.
- Identify trends, insights, and new audiences to experiment and run A/B tests with.
- Plan and execute launches of new brands and collections.
- Collaborate internally with the team and business stakeholders to understand the business, -brands, and ideate creative strategies.
- Collaborating with agency partners to execute campaigns on (but not limited to) Facebook, - Instagram, Google Display, YouTube, Snapchat, Apple, Programmatic.
Desired Qualifications:
- B.Tech, Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- 2-8 years experience working in Digital Marketing Agencies/Roles in e-commerce Marketplaces.
- Deep understanding of digital environment and tools such as FB ads manager, Google ads, DV 360.
- Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
- Ability to think strategically, analyze data, and drive results.
- Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
