Job Description:
The ideal candidate should have hands-on technical SEO expertise, strong analytical skills, and proven experience in managing and optimizing websites for better search engine performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and guide the SEO team to achieve measurable growth in organic traffic and keyword rankings.
- Utilize SEO marketing tools (e.g., Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Analytics, Search Console, Screaming Frog) to track performance and identify opportunities.
- Optimize website copy, content, and landing pages for both SEO and SEM.
- Conduct competitor analysis and develop strategies for authority link building and backlink acquisition.
- Collaborate with content and marketing teams to implement content marketing strategies aligned with the latest Google algorithms.
- Create and maintain detailed SEO performance reports and present actionable insights.
- Stay updated with the latest SEO, SEM, and Google algorithm trends.
- Prior experience in E-commerce SEO will be highly preferred.
Required Candidate Profile:
- Strong understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
- Hands-on experience with leading SEO tools.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and deliver results under deadlines.
- Kolkata-based candidates preferred.
