Strategy & Planning:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
- Identify target markets, customer segments, and positioning opportunities.
- Lead annual and quarterly marketing planning and budgeting.
Campaign & Channel Management:
- Oversee multi-channel campaigns (digital, social, email, paid ads, SEO/SEM, events, PR, partnerships).
- Ensure consistency in brand voice, messaging, and visual identity across all touchpoints.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize based on KPIs.
Leadership & Team Management:
- Lead, mentor, and grow marketing teams (specialists, coordinators, content creators, designers, etc.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Customer Success, and Operations.
- Manage external agencies, freelancers, and vendors.
Market & Customer Insights:
- Conduct competitive analysis, market research, and customer insights to guide strategy.
- Use data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
- Develop customer personas and buyer journey frameworks.
Performance & Analytics:
- Define and track marketing KPIs (lead generation, pipeline contribution, ROI, CAC, CLV).
- Report on performance for executive leadership.
- Leverage tools like Google Analytics, CRM, and marketing automation platforms.
Budget & Resource Management:
- Manage marketing budget effectively, ensuring maximum ROI.
- Allocate resources to high-impact initiatives.
Brand & Communications:
- Drive brand positioning and thought leadership.
- Oversee content creation (blogs, case studies, whitepapers, videos, etc.
- Manage PR, media outreach, and corporate communications.
Core Skills & Qualifications:
Education: (MBA often preferred).
Experience: 2-4 years in marketing, with at least 3-5 years in a management role.
Leadership: Strong people management and cross-functional collaboration.
Analytical: Skilled in data-driven decision-making and marketing analytics tools.
Technical: Familiarity with CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot), marketing automation, SEO/SEM, and digital ads.
Creative & Strategic Thinking: Ability to blend creativity with business goals.
Communication: Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
