Role Overview:
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager with strong expertise in US client handling, lead generation, and campaign management.
The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of managing international clients, executing high-performing marketing campaigns, and driving sales conversions through digital channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage end-to-end digital marketing strategies focused on the US market.
- Handle US client communication, understand requirements, and ensure campaign success.
- Oversee lead generation campaigns (LinkedIn, Google Ads, Email Marketing, etc.) to drive qualified B2B leads.
- Conduct and manage US sales/discovery calls and ensure smooth lead-to-client transition.
- Develop and optimize marketing funnels to improve lead quality and ROI.
- Manage the digital marketing team, set KPIs, and ensure timely delivery of client projects.
- Collaborate with sales and business development teams for client acquisition and retention.
- Track campaign performance metrics, generate reports, and suggest actionable insights.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in digital marketing and US market strategies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 2+ years handling US clients.
- Proven experience in B2B lead generation, client handling, and sales calls.
- Strong understanding of Google Ads, LinkedIn Marketing, SEO, Email Marketing, and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Apollo).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and presentation skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from data.
- Comfortable working in US time zones.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with IT services, SaaS, or technology clients.
- Knowledge of marketing automation and sales enablement tools.
- Certification in Google Ads, HubSpot, or Digital Marketing (preferred but not mandatory).
