Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Management: Execute and manage paid media campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and LinkedIn Ads to meet business objectives and KPIs.
- Campaign Setup & Launch: Create, launch, and maintain campaigns across all paid platforms, ensuring optimal settings and budget allocation.
- Creative Briefs & Ad Copy: Write persuasive ad copies, contribute to creative briefs, and collaborate with design teams to develop high-performing creatives.
- Keyword Research & Competitive Analysis: Conduct in-depth keyword research, perform competitive analysis, and implement SEO insights to enhance campaign performance.
- Creative Audits & Optimization: Review and analyze creatives' performance, ensuring that all ads are aligned with target audiences and brand guidelines.
- Performance Analytics: Analyze campaign performance data using GA4 and other analytics tools, identifying trends, insights, and areas for improvement.
- Ongoing Campaign Optimization: Make continuous adjustments and optimizations to campaigns, ensuring they run smoothly and yield the best possible results.
Expected Experience & Qualifications:
- Experience Level: Minimum of 3-4 years of hands-on experience in paid media management, including paid search, display, and social media advertising.
- Certifications: Relevant certifications like Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or others are preferred but not mandatory.
- Expertise: Strong understanding of paid media strategy, optimization techniques, and analytics to improve account performance.
Skills:
- Expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Proficient in Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and other analytics tools.
- Strong understanding of keyword research, competitive analysis, and creative review.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
